Payments can be made online at your convenience.  Each tenant is given online access to make payments and a list of retailers that will take your payment with cash or card (Walmart, CVS, Walgreens, 7/11.)

Properties are turned over in good condition. If there are any issues that arise over time, the tenant portal is available for all maintenance requests. Keep in mind, if the issue was created by tenant or tenants guests the tenant will be responsible for the repair.
